Ben Meinking, PT, DPT

Ben Meinking grew up in the scenic city of La Crosse, Wisconsin, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Mississippi River and rolling bluffs. He attended the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, where he completed his undergraduate degree, laying the foundation for his passion for helping others through physical therapy. Driven by a desire to deepen his expertise, Ben moved to Tampa, Florida, to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from NOVA Southeastern University. After completing his studies, he spent five years living and working in Madison, Wisconsin, before returning to his hometown of La Crosse to start a family.

An avid outdoorsman, Ben enjoys spending his free time immersed in nature. Whether it’s hunting, fishing, cross-country skiing, or hiking, he finds peace and fulfillment in the outdoors. These activities not only reflect his love for adventure and physical challenges but also his appreciation for the natural beauty of Wisconsin’s landscapes. His passion for the outdoors complements his professional dedication to physical health and well-being, bringing a balanced and holistic approach to his work and personal life.

In his career as a physical therapist, Ben finds great satisfaction in helping his patients reach their goals and regain their independence. However, one of his favorite aspects of the job is the opportunity to connect with a diverse range of people and hear their unique stories. Building relationships and getting to know the individuals he works with enriches his practice, making each day rewarding and meaningful.
